This weeks Garaging Finds!

I know I was supposed to be working an estate sale this weekend- therefore, no garaging for me, however, Laura stopped by and we just had to slip away for a little while to visit another estate sale down the street. Here's what I found...Let's take a closer look...
When this brand new, red, metal beverage server didn't sell at our estate sale after 2 days- I had to scoop it up for $4.00.
This "life" tin hanging also didn't sell after two days- My 13 year old decided she wanted it for her room- it was just $5.00 and matches a display we have in her bathroom...I couldn't pass it up.Lately, I've really been into rust, chipped paint and texture. I love these old wood brushes- They were just $1.00 each.

Look at the patina on this Antique gravy boat- I thought it was a steal at $5.00

Why would I buy 2 lids that don't go to anything? I love the rust, crazing and shape of these. I think I'll start a little collection in a big glass jar. At .25 cents each I figured I would worry later about where to put them. The old metal scoop in the background was just .50. And what could make this deal any sweeter? While I shopped outside, Laura secretly paid for my purchases inside. Yes, she is that girl! I'm so thankful to have her as my friend.

I love enamelware- this bucket was just $2.00 and might make a great display piece for all my old brushes. So there you have it! We had a successful estate sale and I got to pick up a few pieces for myself- It doesn't get any better than that. Love, Kelly.
