Angela Hardison and I have been friends for almost 10 years and I asked if I could share her amazing blog and talents with the readers of My Dear Trash.
Check out her style and you’re sure to be inspired. She's classic!
Here’s a little about Angela, written in her own words:
i started thrifting years ago because i adore old things from the 50s and 60s (i may have been born in the wrong era). what started as a hobby grew into a small etsy business because my collection was verging on hoarder status. i still keep certain items, but am happy to see some of my finds go to happy homes all across the world. basically, i thrift because i love rescuing amazing vintage finds. i am endlessly inspired by vintage typography, textiles and fashion.
i also love taking pretty pictures and using my blog as the ultimate creative outlet.
my "real" job is with my own graphic design studio, seesaw designs. we also have a small letterpress line and run the vintage shop as a collaborative effort with my two business partners.
I checked out Angela's Etsy shop, and I think there's something I must have.
Angela, thanks for sharing your talents. I can’t wait to see the places you’ll go, because girl, you are going places!

OK Laura, you are going to think this is really funny, but I just found Angela's blog a few months ago and this very morning I am headed over to her studio to pick up these darling yellow flowered curtains I'm buying for Eve's room out of her etsy store! Small, small world.
ReplyDeleteRachel, Are you serious? Small indeed. I have something yellow for Eve's room too. Can't wait to see you and Happy Birthday.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing such a great talented artist. I have been following your blog for about a year and started my own ebay business a year ago. It has truly been a blessing - thank you so inspiring me. I had a question and was hoping you might help. I recently sold a NWT sweater from old navy. However, the buyer just contacted me that she wanted to send it back for a refund because it was too scratchy. Not sure what to do because the item was in perfect condition. Just hoping you might be able to spread some light on the situation. I don't want bad feedback but at the same time I don't feel as thought I should be required to send it back. Anyway, so for the long email - thanks in advance. Keep up the great blog you are changing and blessings lives.
