Love letters and a city championship.

I recently found these LOVE letters at the thrift store for $2.00 each.
They needed a little face lift, so I brought them home and spray painted them black before hanging them in my foyer.
I love using vintage frames for hanging family photos.
It's probably been a decade since I purchased a new frame at a retail store.  Sometimes I paint them, while others times the vintage colors are too cool to change up.
Saturday was full of basketball, as Chandler’s Jr. High basketball team was playing in the city tournament.
I about lost my voice, with all the cheering, plus I can't remember the last time I actually wore my hair down. I was looking through these photos and didn't realize my hair was getting so long.
Here's to surprisingly long hair and congrats to the Poston team on their city championship win.

  1. You look beautiful, Laura. I really like your hair half up/half down (but understand why it's too much trouble to do it often...).

The love letters are cool, and would look really groovy in a metal color, too.

    Peace,
    Edie
