Trash To Cash Wednesday!

What a crazy week! Laura and I have been so busy getting things ready for Qcumberz and it has already paid off- our first day we sold over $400 worth of trash!!!! Don't worry though, we're not about to give up selling clothes on ebay- It's just too much fun and a great source of income. Let's take a look at this weeks top sellers...White House Black Market Size M Cotton Top sold for $14.59
Anthropologie Lulumari size S Tan Linen Jacket sold for 14.99
Banana Republic Size 6 Long denim jeans sold for $21.38
Adrianna Papell Size 10 Black Silk Dress sold for $24.99
This New With Tags Joie California size small silk dress was originally marked $285, It sold for $24.99. Most of my top sellers this week were from garage sales and all of them cost only $1.00! Here's my totals for the week.

Ebay Total: $ 577.46
Costs: 89.00(clothes), 50.46(ebay fees), 35.80(paypal fees)
Total Profit: $402.20

Combine that with my Qcumberz profits and it was a very good week. We're bringing things into the shop all the time, so if you're local be sure to come see us at Qcumberz. Love, Kelly

  2. Dear Shoppingaholic,
Here is the link to that jacket, then just click on "save this seller" or "see other items" to check out her listings and keep her bookmarked in your Ebay Saved Sellers list.
Good luck, it was a beautiful jacket, wasn't it!

  3. i am so jealous of all the awesome clothes you score. i can't wait to be home in arizona this summer and hopefully pick up some good trash to sell :) .. oh ya and to visit qcumberz - how awesome for you guys. i found you as a seller on ebay and was wondering how you became a "preferred seller". i thought it had to do with ratings but i have 100%feedback score and am not a preferred seller. is it's something extra you pay for or what do i have to do? thanks always for the inspiration!!

  4. For Whitney: Being a top rated seller (or preferred) has to do with your DSRs (Detailed Seller Ratings) which has nothing to do with your feedback. It's a lame idea eBay came up with last year. Besides feedback, buyers rate sellers from 1-5 on 4 things: shipping, description, communication and ship costs. Five is the highest and best; if sellers receive 1s and 2s then they no longer qualify for top rating, even if their feedback is 100%. Makes no sense to me.
